NVT A Wonderful World Phase 1 Eterna has officially received its registration from the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), according to project disclosures. The project is registered under RERA No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/050126/008381, with the approval dated January 5, 2026.

Phase 1 Eterna is situated on Sarjapur-Attibele Road in East Bangalore and is part of the expansive 100-acre NVT A Wonderful World development. This first phase covers 10.5 acres and features luxurious 4 BHK villas, with built-up areas ranging from 3,283 sq.ft. to 3,947 sq.ft.

The project is conveniently located next to a stunning 300-acre natural lake and is designed as a low-density villa community. According to RERA filings, the expected possession date for Phase 1 Eterna is December 30, 2030.

The location enjoys close proximity to both upcoming and existing infrastructure projects, including the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), the Bangalore-Chennai Expressway, and the proposed Hosur Airport. These developments are anticipated to enhance regional connectivity and foster long-term growth in the area.
